Operational Tasks:

• Operating pumps, valves, and other machinery to transfer products between tanks and Vessels. Conducting routine monthly gauging of tanks to verify stock levels and integrity of tanks.
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Write hot work permits. Perform comprehensive risk assessment to evaluate potential hazards and determine necessary safety measures.
• Perform lockout-tagout of equipment to safeguard personnel from hazardous energy sources during maintenance, repair, or servicing of equipment.
• Perform sampling of hydrocarbons to ensure limits are within operating specifications.
• Perform transfer of propane from spares to bullets for local sales.
• Perform acting tank field lead duties.
• Operate dock crane and chiksan for product transfer to and from ship.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize terminal performance.

• Develop, manage and execute plans, policies and procedures for ingredient production. Assist in development and implementation of production schedule.
• Control and troubleshooting process equipment ensuring maximum production .
• Track and manage inventory for active ingredient .
• Analyze , diagnose and provide solutions for inconsistences in production.
• Perform QC testing. Follow and maintain ISO 13485 Medical device standards.

• Fabricate and assemble structural metal products, such as framework and shells for machinery, ovens, tanks, stacks, and metal parts for buildings and bridges according to job requirements and blueprints.
• Use knowledge of welding techniques to design, shape and cut metal to repair existing structures or create new ones.

• Construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries.
• Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints.
• Work involves use of hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, or turnbuckles.
• Assist in testing assembled vessels.
• Clean boilers and boiler furnaces.
• Inspect and repair boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines.

• Perform Property Maintenance such as painting, pressure washing, roofing, plumbing, tiling, masonry and dry wall.
• Perform manhole cleaning, minor electrical repairs cistern repair and recoating.
• Restore piping systems through the pipe relining process.
• Clean tools and equipment, plumbing. Clean and add chemicals to pools.

• Erect and dismantle prefabricated wooden structures.
• Lay building foundations, prepare framing for cement, mix and pour concrete, create cement forms.
• Put in flooring and finish roofing.
• Build and install iron or steel girders, columns, and other construction material to form buildings and other structures.
• Cut, position, and bolt down steel bars to reinforce concrete.
• Direct crane operator to move steel structures.

• Assist in building structures for residential and business sites.
• Participate in demolitions and service machines.
• Assist journeymen in daily tasks.
