• My main function was to greet guests upon arrival. I then guided them while they discovered the hotel property.
• I handled all guest complaints,solved problems related to guests, hotel, and the 53' catamaran.
• I oversaw the operation of the hotel, marine department, and activities/beach department. I was the hiring manager for these three areas of the resort.
• I also assured compliance all US Coast Guard regulations. During yearly dry dock haul out, I was responsible for budgets, repair and improvement of the vessel, supervising yard and employee workers.
• As resident manager, living on the hotel property, I was on call 24/7 for all emergencies, guest problems, plumbing/AC issues, and generator readiness.

I joined the Captain and Crew of M/V Anne Marie in the summer of 2016 on the island of Saint Maarten.

I was relief captain, 1st mate interior mate, and operated the 39 foot Sea Hunter tender. We traveled the Caribbean, French and Dutch Antilles, Puerto Rico, and the BVI.

I served the private owners and their guests, ensuring all their needs were met while maintaining the vessel in concourse condition inside and out.

• Managed day-to-day business operations, including accounting, finance, HR, marketing and public relations.
• I opened the spa along with co-owners/silent partners and too the business from new to over 1,000 customers per month
• I handled advertising, hiring, design and construction of the four story 20 room facility.

• I worked on the island of Kwajalein in the atoll of the Marshall Islandsas a marine Captain operating various vessels a a contractor to the US Army.
• I operated various vessels including small 27 foot Boston Whalers, 65 foot landing craft, and finally a 150 passenger, 80 foot, four engine 2,400 hp, Hamilton Jet drive catamaran ferry.
• The USCG and US ARMY both oversaw the vessels, captains and crews, and required all to be safe, maintained and to high standards.
