F.B. is a company specializing in the production of electric pumps and submersible motors, serving a wide range of industries including agriculture mining, and manufacturing.

In my role, I was hired to manage and expand the company’s international markets, with a focus on Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. A key part of my responsibilities is also working to develop a strategy for entering the U.S. market in the short to medium term.

Lithos Design is a company specializing in the creation of luxury furniture components made from marble and natural stone.
In this role, I was responsible for the comprehensive management of markets in Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on the Russian market, as well as the Middle East. My responsibilities included managing the network of agents in the designated territories and, depending on the situation, independently handling negotiations with architects, design studios, retailers, and contractors.
From January to September 2024, I achieved 110% of the annual sales target for the markets under my responsibility.
