As a Summer Youth Counselor at the Dept. of Labor, I was tasked with finding employment opportunities for paid summer intern students. During this time, I corresponded with employers about setting up interviews and start dates for the paid interns. I collected and scanned data that I input into their files manually and digitally. Collected timesheets and interview packages. Made sure all their information was up to date. I also distributed checks to the interns, and also made sure that they were paid all their wages and had a successful internship.

As a Call COVID Center Operator, I had the task of setting up appointments for callers who felt they needed to be tested due to symptoms they explained they were feeling. In the event that they could make their own appointment, I guided them through the portal so that they could set up their own testing appointment when they felt they could make it to the appointment. I also collected and input data into the excel spreadsheet so that epidemiologist could review and add to her database all of the infected and treated patients, so she could make contact and provide the necessary information and quarantining guidelines.
